We understand that sometimes returns and exchanges are necessary. We want to make sure we process your return or exchange in a timely manner. Please follow the instructions below.

IMPORTANT: Product must not show any evidence of wear and must be returned with all its original tags. Product showing any sign of wear or alteration (e.g. dirty or washed) will be returned to the customer. To ensure that your boots don't show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly. Avoid any kind of hard flooring as it may scuff the soles of the boots.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We ship to any address in the U.S. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to particular states.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please note that it is virtually impossible to have all sizes and styles in stock at all times. We do run a brick / mortar store so the stock changes daily. We sometimes do have to order for you and will get with you to ensure that it is acceptable with you prior to fulfilling order if we cannot ship immediately.
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $20. So be sure and add a couple items if you are under the $20, it can be cheaper for you to save on shipping that way.
