Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes returns and exchanges are necessary. We want to make sure we process your return or exchange in a timely manner. Please follow the instructions below.

You may return most new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. 

IMPORTANT: Product must not show any evidence of wear and must be returned with all its original tags. Product showing any sign of wear or alteration (e.g. dirty or washed) will be returned to the customer. To ensure that your boots don't show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly. Avoid any kind of hard flooring as it may scuff the soles of the boots.


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We ship to any address in the U.S.  Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to particular states.

Please note that it is virtually impossible to have all sizes and styles in stock at all times.  We do run a brick / mortar store so the stock changes daily.  Being a small business, we do drop-ship some orders from our suppliers.  This is normal practice in the boots and shoe industry and we do our best to get these to you just as fast as we can.  Items shipped from the manufacturer generally take longer depending on the manufacturer and their policies.  In all cases you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number just as soon as your order ships.

Times for delivery vary, please allow time for several steps on your order.  Verification, packaging, preparation and pick-up from shipping suppliers take time.  We do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible but can not guarantee delivery times.  Once a package has been picked up from our carriers, we are limited on what we can do to expedite your order.  Depending on the time of day, or weekends, our orders are picked up within 24-48 hours of packaging, this causes delay in tracking updates occasionally.  This will be updated by the carriers as soon as they get them scanned at each location.

It is quite possible that your order will be shipped in separate packages.  Some items are shipped directly from us in Dayton, Texas while others are shipped from the manufacturer.  In each case, you will receive a tracking number for each package.

We offer FREE shipping on most orders over $75.  So be sure and add a couple items if you are under the $75, it can be cheaper for you to save on shipping that way.
